Silverleaf is a new master-planned community by Hudson Companies. Located in northwest St. Johns County, this 7,500-acre community offers 10,700 residential units, 1.7 million square feet of commercial space, six schools with an academic village and community college annex, planned public library site, two athletic and aquatic centers, two 10-acre community parks, numerous neighborhood parks, 100-acre regional park site and 200 acres of recreation space to be built over the next 15 years.
Silverleaf is bounded from north of World Golf Village and I-95 to the east, touches both County Road 16A and State Road 16 to the south and west, and Leo Maguire Road to the north. SilverLeaf Plantation will be developed into multiple residential neighborhoods, non residential space, and community parks. SilverLeaf plans to build a north-south road between the two job centers, one of which is located north of Race Track Road and the other in the World Commerce area near World Golf Village.
